Bonsai and JP have been together for four years before they decided to tie the knot. But to be precise, I feel they have been preparing for this day since they were kids. With her attention to detail, it is evident that Bonsai has been going through this day in her mind since she was big enough to stand on her own.
She asked me to make her vision a reality. Like every little girl who dreams of a princess wedding, she was bright eyed as we carefully paid attention to each wedding prep matter. Bonsai’s love for sewing and all things pretty were translated in every detail of the event. She frequently sends me notes and documents concerning each aspect of the production which made my job easier. All though I just signed up for an on-the-day coordination service, I gave her the time and care she needed through the whole process of planning. Our team even helped her maid of honor and dear sister Gail decorate her surprise bridal shower.
That is what you do for friends. You want to see them fulfill their wedding dreams, you become instrumental in their happiness and be stewards of their wedding trails. I am so blessed I am able to do this for such a lovely person like her. She has also inspired me to do well for this particular account by making sure that all bases were covered before turning over all the details to me.
JP is such a dear too! He bowled over so many times as he delivered his speeches paying tribute to his parents and professing his love to Bonsai. There could not have been a more emotionally moving day than this. I feel my heart growing three times over when we wrapped everything up.
I loved every moment working with the two of them and witnessing their union on that day. It makes you believe in love again, seeing them so happy in each other’s arms, their grin from ear to ear.
I love you Bons and JP! Thank you for making us a part of the best day ever!
